On the authority of Abdullah Ibn Abu Awfa Al-Aslami (RA). He said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came out to us and said: If anyone has any need from Allah or any of His creatures, let him perform ablution and pray two rak’ahs, then say:

There is no god but Allah, the Most Forbearing and the Most Merciful. God is the Lord of the Great Throne. All praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. O Allah! I beseech You for Your unfailing mercy, Your infinite forgiveness, the treasure of all virtues and protection from every iniquity. I also pray to you that you forgive all my sins, remove my worries, fulfill every need to your satisfaction.

Then he will pray for what he wants for this world and the hereafter. Because it is determined by Allah. (Sunan Ibn Majah hadith number: 1384)

On the authority of Abdullah Ibn Abi Awfa (RA), he said: The Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever is in need of Allah or any of the children of Adam, let him first perform ablution properly, then perform two rak’ahs of prayer, then Allah Praises the Almighty and recites blessings and salutations on the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, then recites this dua: “La ilaha illallahu ….. Arhamar Raheemeen”. That is, “There is no god but Allah, He is patient and majestic. Allah Ta’ala, the owner of the great throne, is very holy. All praise be to Allah Ta’ala, Lord of the worlds. (O Allah!) I seek from You the means of Your mercy, the firm promise of Your forgiveness, the abundance of every good deed and the protection from every evil deed. O great benefactor! Forgive my every transgression, remove my every anxiety and fulfill all my needs and wants that lead to Your satisfaction.”
